Scorpion Pepper Cioccolato™ is our hottest cioccolato variety and has an intense flavor profile that is controlled by the scorpion pepper from Trinidad. Resembling the stinging end of a scorpions tail, the Scorpion Pepper Cioccolato™ will start with a delayed effect as it reaches towards the back of the palate and grabs near the tonsils and beginning of the esophagus.
The Chef enjoys Scorpion Pepper Cioccolato™ with a peppery wine within Syrah, Shiraz or Zinfandel varietals as well as a fruit forward porto.
