Bacon Cioccolato with Kettle Chips™ is a smoky, hickory flavor profile within the cioccolato family. This cioccolato variety has a combination of spices and seasonings, blended into the chocolate as its is tempering, that mimic the flavor of bacon on the palate. Black Pepper, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Power, Onion Powder and Celery Salt just to name a few. These spices create the depth of flavor similar to chocolate covered BBQ. This cioccolato happens to be coated with hand crushed, thick cut, kettle cooked potato chips adding a depth of crunch and texture to an already amazing chocolate flavor.
